By accessing or using Wright Aviation Intelligence ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Wright Aviation Intelligence provides aeronautical information services for Colombian airspace, including NOTAM (Notice to Air Missions) data, aerodrome status, aeronautical charts, and related aviation documents. All information is sourced from official aeronautical publications and automated data feeds but is provided solely for informational and situational awareness purposes.

3. Not for Operational Flight Planning

The information provided by this Service is NOT certified for operational flight planning or navigation. Pilots, dispatchers, and aviation professionals must verify all aeronautical data against official and current sources, including but not limited to the Aeronáutica Civil de Colombia (Aerocivil) publications, official NOTAM systems, and applicable AIP supplements.

4. Account Registration

Certain features of the Service require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at snellcssas@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable aviation regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our data or content without written authorization.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or bulk-download content.
• Interfere with the availability or integrity of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and original content on this Service are the exclusive property of Wright Aviation Intelligence or its licensors. Raw aeronautical data sourced from Aerocivil and ICAO publications remains the property of the respective issuing authority.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wright Aviation Intelligence and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
